The announcement about the unilateral suspension of tactical actions circulated by the Defence Ministry of Azerbaijan is misinformation: Artsrun Hovhannisyan

Artsrun Hovhannisyan, RA MOD Press Speaker made a post on Facebook, which reads

“The announcement about the unilateral suspension of tactical actions circulated by the Defence Ministry of Azerbaijan is misinformation.
On April 2 at dawn Azerbaijan started expansive aggressive actions against NKR, implemented all the possible military technique types of its armoury, and moreover after the circulation of the same announcement Armenian peaceful residences, especially Martakert, were fired with MM-21 (“Grad”) type station artillery and 152 millimeter cannons.The mentioned facts, as well as the use of the terms “counterattacking actions” and “strengthening of emancipated regions” shows us the fake essence of that document which aims to the imitation of the fire suspension full of obvious prerequisite. The NKR Armed forces is ready to bend and discuss the suggestion of fire suspension in the context of preliminary posts resortation.”
