Impossibility of Artsakh inside Azerbaijan is a Matter of Negotiations: Popov
Nagorno Karabakh must return to the negotiation table in some particular stage. Igor Popov, OSCE Minsk Group Russian Co-chair, announced about this in Yerevan, touching upon the issue of Stepanakert’s return to the negotiation table.
He stated, he had repeatedly stated on Karabakh’s return to the negotiation table at a certain stage.
“We take the final stage of preparing the framework arrangements preceding the elaboration of the peace document as the starting point”, he said.
To the question, “Don’t you think that it is no longer possible to engage Nagorno Karabakh into Azerbaijan in any form?” “That issue is a matter of negotiations”.
