Despite Military Operations those Changes should Advance in Our Country: Serzh Sargsyan

Spending state funds efficiently is of vital importance. Serzh Sargsyan, RA president, said this in an interview to the reporters in the Presidential Aircraft while returning to Yerevan from Vienna.
