Political Claim is Solidarity with Activities of “Sasna Tsrer” Group: Zaruhi Postanjyan

“When I heard the name of “Sasna Tsrer,” I returned to 2007,” Zaruhi Postanjyan, NA MP of “Heritage” faction, told reporters today.

She remembered that overnight of April 13 of 2004 a “bloody” activity was recorded on Baghramyan avenue, when the citizens were protesting, “Functioning of A1+ was suspended and etc., i.e. brutal force has been repeatedly used against political powers and our mass media, however, we were silent, tolerated, under the name of “Sasna Tsrer” we held a rock festival as well, for which we released shirts. 12 years have passed, and we again apply to the help of “Sasna Tsrer” instinctively, knowingly, as when you don’t allow activity of political parties, freedom of speech, of gathering, political field starts to vanish and turns into everything and turns into what we see now.”

According to Postanjyan, political parties weren’t able to function in that field, as operations of genocide against them have been implemented. She remembered that she came to politics, as the office of “Heritage” party was closed.

“The then tyrant was Robert Kocharyan, who gave that command. I wasn’t a political figure, but I came and became a political figure. Dispersion and devouring of the political field occurred from 1994 until now, and that field, as a result of such dispersion, presently isn’t able to reflect to what’s going on. At the same time, we should understand that we live in a period, where there is new generation, which submits a political claim, the political claim is solidarity with the activities of “Sasna Tsrer.” Thus, this means, that the political claim is being developed, political parties, which will pass that exam, they’ll become political leader, currently we appeared at this phase,” Z.Postanjyan said.
