“Her-Her” Power Station Belonging to “Vorotan” Hydropower Cascase will Be Sold
Property of “Her-her” HPP belonging to Vorotan Hydropower Cascade will be sold to “Arm-Aero” CJSC. That draft bill has been introduced at today’s Governmental session by Levon Yolyan, RA Minister of Energy and Natural Resources.
According to him about 99.7% (404.2MW) of production capacity (405.4 MW) of Vorotan was sold to “Countour Global Hydro Cascade” CJSC in 2015.
“Her-her” HPP with the capacity of 1.2 MW is within the company. Yolyan stated that it’s allowed to RA Minister of Defense as a person exercising liabilities of sole shareholder of Vorotan Hydropower Cascade, to make the decision of selling the property with the total amount of AMD 67938,264 to “Arm-Aero” CJSC.
