Ashot Karapetyan Dismissed from Post of Head of Yerevan City Department of Police
Police Chief of Armenia Vladimir Gasparyan signed a decree on dismissing Ashot Karapetyan from the post of Head of Yerevan City Department of the Police on August 8, press service of the Police informed.
“We have already informed that based on the ongoing investigation results in the Police, as well as the orders of the Police Chief, several police officers, including Ashot Karapetyan have been subjected to disciplinary penalties. According to Police Chief Vladimir Gasparyan’s decree Ashot Karapetyan today has been dismissed from his post,” the statement said.
