Which Agreements has Serzh Sargsyan Touched upon in Moscow?
“It refers to the agreements, reached during the meetings in Vienna and St. Petersburg, i.e. the president clearly stated that it refers unlimited trilateral ceasefire agreements of 1994-95, creation of the mechanisms for the investigation of the incidents, and expansion of the missions of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office,” Ashot Hovakimyan, RA Deputy Foreign Minister, told at today’s briefing, clarifying the statement by Serzh Sargsyan at the presidential meeting in the Kremlin, that regarding NK issue settlement, “it’s very important that the reached agreements have been implemented,” to which the Armenian side is ready.
According to the Deputy FM, it’s rather clearly stated in president’s speech, that is doesn’t refer to Karabakh conflict settlement.
