Situation on NK conflict zone remains explosive: Agramunt
Pedro Agramunt, who was re-elected PACE President yesterday, reflecting to priorities in the agenda of the Council of Europe, expressed regret that last year the organization failed to have a visible investment in NK conflict settlement.
At PACE winter session, launched yesterday in Strasbourg, Agramunt reminded of NK conflict escalation in spring 2016, adding that “situation remains explosive”.
In his words the fact that the crisis in Ukraine is maintained, is bothering, and the situation is heating in Balkans.
Agramunt stated that conflicts can’t be settled militarily, and the parliament is a crucial tool for the peaceful settlement of the conflict.
