Criminal case initiated on murder attempt committed by enemy
Investigation is conducted in the Third Garrison Investigative Unit to find out the circumstances of serviceman, Gevorg Khachatryan’s sustaining injury.
On June 7, 2018 at about 23:30 in the result of the shot fired by the enemy towards the combat base of protection area of the unit N serviceman Gevorg Khachatryan sustained a firearm injury at the chest. The latter was taken to military hospital, his condition is estimated to be severe.
A criminal case was initiated in the Third Garrison Investigative Unit on murder attempt out of motives of national, race or religious hate or fanatism.
Preliminary investigation is under way.
