Yerevan court grants bail for indicted CSTO Secretary General
A Yerevan court has granted bail for indicted CSTO Secretary General Yuri Khachaturov, the Armenian general’s attorney Mihran Poghosyan told reporters outside a courthouse after middnight.
The court remanded Khachaturov into custody until the bail is posted, the attorney said.
Prosecutors had earlier requested the court to issue an arrest warrant for Khachaturov to remand him into pre-trial detention.
