Arayik Harutyunyan relieved from position of advisor to Artsakh’s President
President of Artsakh Bako Sahakyan signed a decree according to which Arayik Harutyunyan has been relieved from the position of advisor to the Artsakh Republic President – Artsakh Republic President’s representative at large upon his own request.
