Artsakh authorities deny coronavirus case report
An online report circulating today about a novel coronavirus case in Artsakh is disinformation, the country’s healthcare minister told ARMENPRESS.
“That’s a lie, we don’t have a single confirmed case so far,” Artsakh’s chief epidemiologist Karine Balayan told ARMENPRESS.
“Monitoring continues in Artsakh both towards locals and tourists”, she said, adding that they are closely cooperating with Armenia’s healthcare authorities.
The online report purported that a husband and wife who traveled from Iran to Artsakh tested positive for the COVID19.
