UK MOD Delivers Inaugural Psychology of Leadership Course at NDRU

A UK-delivered Psychology of Leadership Course was held in Yerevan and took place at the National Defence Research University (NDRU) of the Ministry of Defence of Armenia.

Twenty three participants from across the Armenian military and Ministry of Defence enjoyed a highly interactive programme of briefs and workshops, delivered by Professor (Colonel Retired) Ronald McCourt from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.

Certificates of completion were presented by the UK Ambassador, His Excellency Mr John Gallagher, who commented that this important course was another excellent step forward to deepen the positive defence relationship between the UK and Armenia.

Commenting on the course, Professor McCourt said that it had been an honour and privilege to deliver the very first course on behalf of the UK Ministry of Defence in Armenia and he was extremely pleased by the very positive engagement and feedback from the participants.

NDRU Head, Major General GenadiTavaratsyan, commented that he was honoured to host this course for the first time.
