SPRING PR founders were awarded the “Global PR Leader of the year”

. Nvard Melkonyan and Tatevik Simonyan, co-founders of the leading Armenian SPRING PR Company, were named the “Global PR Leader of the year” at the exchange4media PR & Corp Comm Women Achievers Summit and Awards 2022 and were included in the global list of 50 Influential Communications Leaders of 2022.

The event took place in New Delhi, India, bringing together women leaders, achievers, and trendsetters to touch upon the opportunities and challenges in the communication industry and recognizing the contribution and success of women in the field of PR and corporate communications. The honours were given away in 14 categories. Katie Bloomgarden, CEO of Ruder Finn Company, Farzana Badwell, CEO of Curzon PR Company, Lisa Welsh, CEO of METIA and Hill+Knowlton Strategies, Sarah Pinch, CEO of Pinch Point Communications, got also awarded the “Global PR Leader of the Year” category.

“Such awards help to reevaluate the path and efforts that you as an individual and as a team put for establishing the Public Relations (PR) and Communications industry in Armenia. I have to admit, this “journey” was not smooth and easy, but the fact that we built SPRING PR Company, one of the leaders in the field, with my two students is more telling itself and an evidence of success,” said Nvard Melkonyan, Co-Founder and Chairman of the board of the SPRING PR Company.

“It is a great honor for me to receive this high-level recognition and to be included in this list of “50 women leaders with so many strong female leaders of PR and communications field. Women Achievers Awards belongs not only to me but to our entire team, and we are proud that thanks to our efforts, Armenia takes its role and proper place in the international PR community as an active player in competent and competitive PR campaigns and a country with influence in global communications”, mentioned TatevikS imonyan, Co-Founder and Director Communications and International Relations, SPRING PR.

According to her, the awards from C4F Davos, International PR Association (IPRA), and “World Communication Forum Association” (WCFA) are complemented by recognition from the most important and influential PR & Corporate Communications awards in Asia. Simonyan added that India is a significant destination for the Company, and joint projects with Indian partners are planned in the future.

Tatevik Simonyan also delivered a keynote address at e4m PR & Corp Comm Women Achievers Summit. Through her speech entitled “The new PR world: Searching Identity. Loading changes,” Tatevik touched upon the challenges and transformations that PR professionals face in the age of drastic changes in Armenia and the world.
