Syrian Armenian Shushi Bakaryan, who moved to Montreal, Canada with her family three years ago, has created a unique charger that is necessary for airplanes built before the era of modern smartphones.
The invention of a 21-year-old girl who is currently studying at Concordia University combining her studies with working at two aviation engineering companies in Montreal, aviation experts have already called a real discovery.
“The Ventus five-volt charger, which exits from the ventilation holes of the aircraft and as an additional resource cools the air by compressing it, is designed for Cessna aircraft. Shushi’s invention will likely be a must-have accessory for pilots who rely on tablets and smartphones for their flight computations but fly airplanes that were mostly built long before the smartphone era,” Canadian edition The Globe and Mail writes.
