On the initiative of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair countries, on October 16 a meeting will be held between Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan in Geneva, Switzerland.

President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on appointing Artak Zakaryan and Artak Davtyan as First Deputy Ministers of Defense, press service of the President’s Office told. According to the President’s another decree, Artak Davtyan has been appointed Deputy Minister of Defense.
The mechanics “caused the mishap by supplying and using non-oxygen clean tools, parts, components, a regulator, and an unauthorized cleaning procedure while performing oxygen system leak checks,” according to the report.
