We will praise the law obedient person and follow the law breaker: Karen Karapetyan

Mikayel Melkumyan, PAP MP, stated during presentation of the Government’s Action Plan in the Parliament that industrial block had a crucial role in the former Plan, which lacks in this one.

He asked PM Karen Karapetyan about the investment environment, what he should do to fight against poverty.

The PM firstly stated that they covered all industries. In his words investments don’t come out of different reasons, “In one word, there is high risk to invest money.”

“The only fight against poverty is establishing workplaces, creating favorable conditions for it, that a businessman had the opportunity to create workplaces. It’s not a secret for anyone, that business environment is also rather disappointed and not enthusiastic. I met our business environment, as people say, I didn’t notice the fire,” the PM said.

According to M.Melkumyan there is an issue of political decision here. In response, the PM said, “I consider we touched upon it, we said we’ll praise the law obedient person and follow the law breaker.”
