Will you have that determination to cut the branch, on which the leadership is perched? If yes, then—no comment: Naira Zohrabyan to the PM

“I have participated in a number of action plans of the Government since 2007, sometimes I have the impression of a déjà vu—nice words, approximately the same texts: corruption, monopoly, shadow, we’ll do this, that…I didn’t come across with a program, where it’s stated that we’ll come and steal national treasure, break the backbone of economy,” PAP head Naira Zohrabyan stated at the NA today.

In her words action plans of all Governments have been good ones, a bit good or bad, however, those texts didn’t essentially differ from one another regarding content, “By the way, we heard stories about the magic stick from former PMs, who state that they don’t have it. There is absolutely no need to have a magic stick to clarify the existent situation, it has been repeatedly stated here what should be implemented to prevent budget stealing, the word ‘kickback,’ which entered into the mentality, without which our system doesn’t imagine its existence.”

N.Zohrabyan doesn’t consider that a magic stick is necessary to reveal the persons, who monopolized Armenia’s economy,

“Some of them are present here. Is it difficult to fight against them? I sincerely say Mr. Prime Minister, it’s difficult. Why? As these are the persons, who contribute to reproduction of the leadership. Will you now have that determination to cut the branch, on which the leadership is perched? If yes, as it’s said—no comment, I’m an optimist. If you attempt to speak of the monopolists present here, who will provide reproduction of the authorities 2 April 2017, through grandiose election fraud, I don’t know what will happen to you. If you are ready to cut that branch, on which the leadership is perched, we are ready to be your ally.”

According to Naira Zohrabyan, they are those with advantageous position in Armenian economy, all those, who are responsible for regions, provinces, districts during parliamentary, presidential elections, “They should say—if you deprive me of the advantageous status, then don’t demand votes from me.”
