Armen Harutyunyan Appointed as Referent to President of Republic of Armenia
President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on February 24 appointing Armen Harutyunyan as the President’s referent. The Presidential Decree states: “Recognizing as basis the 3rd sub-point of the 16th point of of the Charter of the Presidential Administration, defined by the first point of the August 17, 2007 Presidential decree NH-193-N ,I hereby decide: To appoint Armen HARUTYUNYAN as referent to the President of the Republic of Armenia”.
