ICRC representatives in Azerbaijan visit Arsen Baghdasaryan
The ICRC representatives in Azerbaijan visited the PoW Arsen Baghdasaryan who crossed the line of contact on 26.12.2014 and provided him an opportunity to exchange family news.
Communication Officer of the ICRC Mission in Nagorno-Karabakh, Eteri Musayelyan, told about the aforementioned.
“The visit was conducted in line with the standard ICRC procedures. According to its mandate, the ICRC visits detainees to monitor their treatment and conditions of detention and help to ensure that they are able to maintain contact with their families,” “Armenpress” reports, she informed.
Nagorno-Karabakh Republic citizen Arsen Baghdasaryan was taken into Azerbaijani captivity on December 26, 2014.
