Serzh Sargsyan Congratulates Kim Bakshi on 85th Anniversary
President Serzh Sargsyan sent a congratulatory message to the renowned author, expert in Armenian studies, translator and intellectual Kim Bakshi on March 1, wishing him excellent health and new creative achievements. As informed from the Department of Public Relations and Mass Media of Republic of Armenia President’s Office, the message reads as follows,
