If Azerbaijanis Accept it as a Ground, the Better for Us: David Babayan

“Generally we should accept likewise articles very calmly,” David Babayan, Press Secretary of the President of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, told 168.am, replying to the question: in your opinion what purpose Russian military expert Alexander Khamchikhin pursued in his analytical article, trying to reveal military possibilities and secrets of the Republic of Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.

Note, Russian military expert Alexander Khramchikhin wrote an analytical article, where he tried to uncover military capabilities an secrets of Armenia and NKR.

According to D.Babayan, it’s Alexander Khramchikhin’s approach, and this doesn’t mean, he is right, “This doesn’t mean that opinion of every citizen is disposition of that country. In the end, he may do his research on untrue information, he’s not a perfect analyst, or I don’t know, he’s not a God to introduce some data, which may surprise us, and we thought it’s the last instance of truth, or it’s Russia’s state policy. He is just an analyst, and an average one. It’s his opinion, let him write this way, if he thinks that way, if Azerbaijanis take it as a ground, and underestimate our capabilities, the better for us, but we should be calm. I don’t think this should be a topic for discussions.”

To our question how crucial the article is, and what implication it might have, D.Babayan replied, that it has no importance and won’t have any impact. “This is just an opinion, where lots of inaccuracies, subjective approaches exist and etc.”
