Bako Sahakyan Assessed the Possibility of Military Operations Resumption in NK
Bako Sahakyan, president of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, stated that one of the factors providing stability and peace in the region are NKR armed forces. This was stated by the NKR president in an interview to Lenta.ru.
“The probability of new war depends on a range of factors. The main ones are combat readiness of NKR Defense Army and clear dispositions of the public on unacceptability of the conflict settlement through force,” Bako Sahakyan stated.
NKR president added that wide-scale and lasting war will become a catalyst of incomparably bigger disasters both in the South Caucasus, and in the whole world.
