Vitaly Balasanyan appointed as secretary of NKR Security Council
President of Artsakh Republic (NKR) Bako Sahakyan issued a decree on November 3 appointing Victor Kocharyan deputy secretary of the NKR Security Council releasing him from the post of the NKR Security Council secretary.
The press service of the Artsakh President’s Office informed that according to another Presidential decree issued on the same day Vitaly Balasanyan was appointed secretary of the NKR Security Council.
