We are ready to treat Aliyev with tea in Shushi or Stepanakert, but that scenario may develop in 3 ways: David Babayan
Aliyev implements military trainings with his rhetoric as well. This is not the first likewise statement, he has always appeared with such statements, his predecessors as well. There was no Azerbaijani president not to appear with such statements. From this perspective Aliyev isn’t an exception,” David Babayan, spokesman of the president of NKR, told 168.am touching upon Azerbaijani president Ilham Aliyev’s statement.
During his visit to Fizuli by the end of the last week Azerbaijani president Ilham Aliyev delivered remarks at the meeting with servicemen and Fizuli population and repeated a few times, “Azerbaijan will return its territories like it returned Lele Tepe.”
D.Babayan noted that they’ve always touched upon drinking tea in Stepanakert and Shushi, however, to be more simple to Aliyev, he stated when Aliyev can drink tea in Stepanakert, “We are ready to give Aliyev tea in Shushi or Stepanakert, however, scenario of that tea may be in 3 ways: the first is that he continued drinking tea in Baku and thought of drinking tea in Artsakh, spoke of Lele Tepe and made likewise statements.
Secondly, he should come here, recognize the Republic of Artsakh and when Azerbaijani Embassy will be opened in Artsakh, we’ll treat him with tea.
Thirdly, Aliyev will drink tea in the camp of war prisoners, if, of course, he’ll survive. If he is reasonable, then he should recognize the Republic of Artsakh—this is the best variant. However, if he takes some steps, then he’ll drink tea in the camp of war prisoners.
According to Azerbaijani APA agency, Azerbaijani president also stated, “If Armenians don’t draw conclusions from the April war, then numerous successful operations are waiting for them, with the example of Lele Tepe. Throughout recent years we have bought the most contemporary military equipment, April war once again proved that. And let Armenia’s authorities not rely on one power. If they want peaceful settlement of the issue without victims, then let them leave our territories. Our presence in Lele Tepe edifies: that day is close.”
D.Babayan stated that it’s Nazism and nothing else, “He attempts to divert his people’s attention from hard socio-economic condition. Aliyev shouldn’t think of Lele Tepe or other things, but he should less steal that money and prevent migration of his people. Let him satisfy needs of his people and not lead the country to that condition.

However, separate developments, not peculiar to the adversary, aren’t taking place. The adversary should always remember the philosophy of the abovementioned tea.”
