If we meet, then agreements aren’t implemented, what’s the use of those meetings?—Serzh Sargsyan on the meeting with Aliyev
I’m ready to meet President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, if the meeting is useful, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan told “Rossiya Segodnya” for an interview to Dmitry Kiselyov.
“We have never refused any meetings, let it be on the level of the president, Foreign Minister, even working ones, however, we always support, that those meetings were useful, and some progress was recorded. If there is no progress, if we meet, then the agreements aren’t implemented, what’s the use of those meetings?” Armenia’s President said.
According to Sargsyan, the Armenian side intends and is ready “to sign an agreement on installation of investigation mechanisms even tomorrow.”
“We want both the OSCE MG co-chairs and the world community to know clearly who is violating the ceasefire,” Serzh Sargsyan said.
