Karen Karapetyan urges the law enforcement to avoid interfering with the activity of economic entities

At today’s Government session Karen Karapetyan stressed establishment of favorable conditions for economy development by state bodies. According to him measures should be taken, which will provide unimpeded development of business environment. K.Karapetyan highlighted undertaking of legislative changes as well directed to clarification of evading taxes, duties or other mandatory fees under the Criminal Code.

“On account of necessity to provide continuity of steps directed at business development and encouragement, I propose the law enforcement to avoid interference with the activity of economic entities while exercising discretionary power within their jurisdiction, and undertake coercive measures shaking business or worsening otherwise, only in extreme cases,” K.Karapetyan said.
