Prices for apartments in Yerevan and their changes in 2016
National Statistical Service of Armenia has issued average market prices for apartment buildings in Yerevan per administrative districts as of 31 December 2016.
The most expensive prices are recorded in Kentron administrative district—average price for 1m2 comprised AMD 428250. The second place holds Arabkir administrative district (AMD 357450 for 1m2), which is followed by Kanaker-Zeytun (AMD 283350 for 1m2) and Davtashen (AMD 277300 for 1m2).
The cheapest apartments may be bought in Nubarashen—AMD 157700 for 1m2.
Compared with December 2016 prices for apartments in all administrative districts have grown. The most growth has been recorded by AMD 1000 in Davtashen administrative district.
Kentron administrative district in this regard is on the last place—average price for apartments in the period of 2016 has grown by AMD 250 per 1m2.
