Armenian FM does not rule out recognition of Artsakh’s independence by one state till end of year
Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian does not rule out recognition of Artsakh’s independence by one state till the end of the year, but it’s insufĨcient for international recognition, “Artsakhpress” informs Foreign Minister of Armenia Edward Nalbandian announced following the meeting with the President of Artsakh Bako Sahakyan and Armenian Ambassadors to foreign countries.
“The negotiations over Nagorno Karabakh conflict going on with the Co-chairs are aimed at the exclusively peaceful settlement based on Artsakh’s self-determination in terms of recognition. Azerbaijan fails the negotiations.
The leadership of that country has appeared in a deadlock and tries to succeed with using force. But our armed forces make such intentions and illusions fruitless as well,” Nalbandian said.
Armenian Ambassadors accredited in different countries have arrived in Armenia to participate in the Ambassadorial Assembly.
They also visited Stepanakert and met with the President of Artsakh Bako Sahakyan.
