Incumbent system bears responsibility for Artur Sargsyan’s tragic death: Arman Musinyan

“The tragedy could have been easily avoided,” Arman Musinyan, ANC member, told at today’s debate launched by Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS).

Reflecting to the circumstances of death of “Bread Bringer” Artur Sargsyan, Musinyan said the tragic incident could have been easily avoided, if, in his words, the incumbent predatory system, which consistently tortured Artur Sargsyan, didn’t function in Armenia. Musinyan reminded that Artur Sargsyan had health problems, which were incompatible with his stay in the penitentiary. “That very predatory system detained him for the second time, after which his health condition worsened, and responsibility of this tragic ending bears the incumbent torturing system, led by RPA,” ANC representative Arman Musinyan said.
