It’s clear that our voter cast a vote in favor of RPA, I saw it during calculation: Artus Sakunts

“The political parties to enter the National Assembly and will attempt to rejoice, it should be qualified as feast during plague,” Artur Sakunts, head of Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly Vanadzor Office, told reporters today.

In his words what we saw yesterday can’t be regarded as joy,

“Our state is seriously ill, we are seriously ill and have an issue to ponder over restoring or suspending course of that illness. What’s the responsibility of each of us that we have what was recorded yesterday? When publicly given election bribe is called donation or salary, when our citizen was dragged to a degree that he/she can’t vote for RPA. I can raise very few questions linked to voting results, I consider it objective, there were violations, but they didn’t have great importance, this is the issue, that this group may have that much support.”

Sakunts assured he isn’t interested in assessments given by international organizations,

“We should be able to see our real assessment, we have much work to overcome this illness, this hard situation. If someone attempts to say something positive on acquisition of MP’s mandate, it’ll be ignorance and forgery toward everyone, we have serious job to do for saving Armenia from this infection, called plague. This is a line of realized crime, pursuing the purpose to disappoint Armenia’s citizen to leave the country, this is the biggest crime and our challenge.

Voters also realized, but they didn’t want to assume responsibility. I’s clear that our voter casted his/her vote in favor of RPA, and saw it during calculations. It doesn’t matter whether it’s frightened or voted based on election bribe, but he/she voted.”
