Armenia’s CEC approves order of numbers of political forces running for Yerevan’s Council of Elders elections on ballot paper

At today’s extraordinary session convened by the Central Electoral Commission of Armenia (CEC), upon the Commission’s decision, the order of the numbers of the parties and party blocs running for Yerevan’s Council of Elders elections on ballet paper have been released. The order of the numbers of the political forces are based on the alphabetical order – Yelq (Exit) bloc, Yerkir Tsirani (Land of Apricot) party and Republican Party of Armenia.

The party list of the ruling Republican Party is headed Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan. Yelq (Exit) bloc led by Nikol Pashinyan and the newly established Yerkir Tsirani (Land of Apricot) party is headed by Zaruhi Postanjyan.
