Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan and Russian President Vladimir Putin exchanged congratulations on the occasion of 20th anniversary of signing the Treaty on Friendship, Cooperation and Mutual Assistance between the Republic of Armenia and the Russian Federation.
American diplomat Andrew Schofer officially assumed the office of US Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group, US State Department spokesperson Heather Nauert said in a statement.
