Tigran Khachatryan, 1998, received fatal injury on October 19, at about 15:50 in the north-eastern direction of the contact line as a result of Azerbaijani shooting.

“We believe that the restoration of full-fledged talks with the direct participation of the Republic of Artsakh at all the stages should be another step on the way of achieving real progress in the settlement process of the Azerbaijani-Karabakh conflict”, reads the statement.
The opportunities to move forward the negotiation process over the settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict were discussed. As a result of negotiations the Presidents agreed to take measures to intensify the negotiation process and take additional steps to reduce tension in the line of contact.
Foreign Ministers Edward Nalbandian and Elmar Mammadyarov also attended the meeting, which was organized under the auspices of the Co-Chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group (Igor Popov of the Russian Federation, Stephane Visconti of France, and Andrew Schofer of the United States of America). The Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk also participated in the summit.
“The talks are over, Aliyev left the residence of the Swiss permanent representative to the UN Office and other international organizations in Geneva”, Hakobyan said.
The private meeting of Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents Serzh Sargsyan and Ilham Aliyev is being held following their meeting in the residence of the Swiss permanent representative in the UN Office and other international organizations in Geneva with the participation of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs.
Members of the Artsakh Republic Cabinet, heads of state organs were tasked to ensure within the limits of their respective functions the development and implementation of actions enshrined in the Artsakh Republic President’s program, and submit to the President the corresponding reports on a periodical basis.
The meeting will be followed by a private meeting of Presidents Serzh Sargsyan and Ilham Aliyev.
President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan arrived in Geneva where he will meet with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev by the initiative of the OSCE Minsk Group, Armenian President’s spokesperson Vladimir Hakobyan said.
