A 21 year old soldier of the Artsakh military has died after being accidentally shot by a fellow soldier.
Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces Haykaz Baghmanyan has been relieved from duties, defense minister Vigen Sargsyan told a press conference December 5.
