Help us reveal the truth

During the war, all Armenians of Armenia and the Diaspora stood united as one and helped their homeland — Artsakh and Armenia — every day and every hour. Foreigners and international organizations also extended a helping hand.

During those days, there was tremendous support, including financial aid, essential medical supplies, medical equipment, medicine, warm clothes, food, body armor, helmets, sleeping bags and logistics that was necessary on the battlefield, including thermal imaging devices for targeting and other equipment. All the items were sent in large batches and from all corners of the globe. Unfortunately, not all the aid reached the appropriate places, and not all the aid served its goal. Some state officials were even relieved of their posts after Diaspora Armenians expressed their concerns about this.

During the war, the presses and people on social networks sounded alarms about the fact that the drugs and body armor sent as assistance hadn’t reached the addresses and that they had been sold by different individuals. During the war, thousands of bright sons of the Armenian nation died or become disabled from fragments due to the absence of body armor, helmets, appropriate medicine and essential medical supplies and medical equipment. We are addressing all Armenians of the world and international organizations.

We would like to ask you to provide grounded information about when you sent aid, how you sent it, to which addresses (Hayastan All-Armenian Fund, other funds and foundations, ministries, individuals, organizations, the Office of the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs of Armenia), what kind of aid you sent, how much aid you sent and how much the aid cost (according to the types of aid listed above). Taking into account the fact that state bodies mainly avoid providing us with this information, we would like to ask you to help us gather this information so that we can understand whether the aid you sent served its goal or not.

We would like to ask you to send the information to [email protected]. Sincerely, Satik Seyranyan
