What happened in Armenia about three years ago was, by definitition, an anti-Karabakh movement, third President Serzh Sargsyan said in a televised interview last week, commenting on the government transition processes that led to his resignation as Prime Minister in 2018 after two consecutive terms as the President of Armenia.
The President spoke about the topics of agenda: Negotiation process for the settlement of the conflict of the Nagorno-Karabakh, the diplomatic and military-political failures of the Republic of Armenia in the recent Artsakh war, the reasons and consequences of the capitulation, the way out of the current situation and future programs.
