Arkady Ter-Tadevosyan refused to visit Belarus reasoning that “he has been to Karabakh”

Arkady Ter-Tadevosyan, Artsakh war hero, Major-General, Director of “DOSAAF of Armenia” All-Armenian Patriotic Public Organization, sent a letter to head of DOSAAF of the Republic of Belarus, stating, that he cancels his visit to Belarus, where he was to participate in the ceremony devoted on 90^th anniversary of DOSAAF Belarus.

Arkady Ter-Tadevosyan particularly stated in his letter, “Distinguished Ivan Vasilevich, thank you for your invitation, however, on account of the circumstance that I have been to Karabakh, I can’t take part in the 90^th anniversary of DOSAAF.”
