A patrolman forcibly pulls a woman out of a car demanding proof
Yesterday, lawyer Varazdat Harutyunyan informed on his Facebook page that we sum up the International Day against Torture with another case of torture.

“Patrol officers used brute force and “tightly” handcuffed a Russian citizen (female) driver, who was stopped for no reason under the pretext of not wearing a seatbelt. We are in the “infamous” Kentron department. We alerted the HRD office. An ambulance was called,” the lawyer wrote.

Already today, the lawyer wrote that he managed to recover the recording of the citizen’s video recorder.

“She was stopped, ATTENTION under the pretext of not wearing a seatbelt,” he wrote, presenting an attached video.

An hour after the first video, VarazdatHarutyunyan published the second part of the video recorder of the victim.

“It is obvious from the video that the person is asking for an opportunity to show her video recorder, which shows that she was driving while wearing a seat belt.

The citizen also asks to clarify her rights and provide proof that she was allegedly not restrained.

The patrolman, who hardly knows the Russian language, being unable to give sensible, adequate and legal answers to the citizen’s questions, goes out of his way, and “watch the rest for yourself,” the lawyer wrote.

And the rest was a horrible scene: the furious patrolman, pulling the woman by the arms, tries to roughly get her out of the car.

That’s all you need to know about the “courteous” patrols of the “reformed” police

Details in the video.
