President of Artsakh Bako Sahakyan on October 9 visited the southern section of the Artsakh-Azerbaijan border to get acquainted with the military service and the situation.

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has called on citizens to encourage those Members of Parliament who are in favor of dissolving the incumbent parliament and holding early elections in December of the current year.

The Republican (HHK) faction hasn’t yet held any discussion on early elections of parliament, head of the HHK faction Vahram Baghdasaryan said at a press briefing today.

The parliament is de facto dissolved, it remains to be dissolved de jure, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said today speaking to reporters.

The incumbent government is planning to hold early elections of parliament in December, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan told reporters today, adding that he will inform additionally on the remaining decisions.
