The defense ministry of Artsakh has released a statement saying that once again Azerbaijani mobilization and movement of manpower and military equipment is seen in the line of contact.

The HHK(ruling party) faction will not obstruct the PM election sitting of the parliament, and quorum will be ensured, HHK faction leader Vahram Baghdasaryan told reporters.

Vahram Baghdasaryan, head of the ruling party’s faction of the Armenian parliament, advised opposition MP Nikol Pashinyan not to make criminally liable steps. Baghdasaryan made the remark at the end of today’s meeting between the Republican Party faction and Nikol Pashinyan, who seeks to become Prime Minister in the May 1 voting.

Ruling Republican Party’s lawmaker Gagik Minasyan asked PM candidate Nikol Pashinyan whether he has a new set of tools which will allow to eliminate Armenia’s blockade and ensure the country’s more dynamic progresss.

Vice Speaker of Parliament Eduard Sharmazanov, the spokesman of the ruling Republican Party (HHK), said after the meeting with opposition leader Nikol Pashinyan that the HHK – as a political force going for democratic dialogue – went for obvious tolerance and solidarity by having political dialogue with the candidate for Prime Minister.

Nikol Pashinyan, Head of the Yelk faction of the Armenian Parliament, the faction’s candidate for the Prime Minister, says over the past month there have been figures both in the leadership and the opposition who behaved as a state figure.

Opposition MP from the Yelk faction of the Armenian parliament Nikol Pashinyan, a candidate for Prime Minister in the upcoming May 1 election, says if elected he is planning to get hold of the negotiations process of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict in a short period of time.
