President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan signed several bills into law today, including the bills on amending the law on compulsory enforcement of judicial acts, amending the law on audit activities, amending the law on wages of governmental officials, ratifying the agreement on air transportation between the government of Armenia and the government of Austria, amending the law on licensing procedures, amending the law on state duties, amending the gun law, amending the law on safe use of nuclear energy for peaceful purposes, amending the law on narcotics and psychotropic agents.

Human Rights Defender of Armenia Arman Tatoyan together with his staff members visited on November 8 Tavush Province to conduct fact-finding works in the bordering communities that are in the target of Azerbaijani armed forces.

Moldova’s President Igor Dodon visited “Tumo” center of creative technologies together with his wife. The high level guests were accompanied by Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia Robert Harutyunyan. A Cabinet sitting was held on November 9, chaired by Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan,  the press service of the Government of Armenia reported.

The OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs are planning to organize the meeting of the Armenian and Azerbaijani foreign ministers until late 2017, Maria Zakharova, Russian foreign ministry spokesperson, told reporters.

On November 8, in accordance with the arrangement reached with the authorities of the Republic of Artsakh, the OSCE Mission conducted a planned monitoring of the Line of Contact between the armed forces of Artsakh and Azerbaijan, to the north from Martakert town, the foreign ministry of Artsakh reported.
