Former defense minister of Artsakh Samvel Babayan’s remand has been extended by two months, his attorney told Armenpress. According to him, Babayan didn’t want to be present in Court. Babayan was arrested on March 20 amid an investigation into smuggling of a surface to air missile system to Armenia.
