The group of subject-matter experts, a Partnership Opportunity Delegation organized by the State Department’s Office of Global Partnerships, was in Armenia for a three-day exploratory session where they discussed issues around Armenia’s renewable energy and energy efficiency sectors.

The Armenian Genocide Centennial State Committee unanimously adopted a resolution on September 26 in Yerevan to form a Pan-Armenian Council. Surveillance video cameras at the Consulate recorded a car stopping next to the Consulate building around 3 am. A passenger got out of the car and threw a bottle filled with flammable liquid after lighting it.
