On 1 April President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on conferring the rank of major-general to Police colonel Boris Yengibaryan, deputy head – chief of the staff of the Artsakh Republic Police.

Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan and President of Artsakh Bako Sahakyan held a telephone conversation on March 30. The interloutors discussed the results of Pashinyan-Aliyev meeting on March 29 in Vienna.
