On September 2nd, 1958, there was an explosion in the sky above Sasnashen village. Villagers went out to streets and saw an airplane falling and military aircrafts flying around it. They heard shootings as well. The airplane fell down in several hundred meters from the populated area. Villagers run to the area of the plane crash hoping to save someone.
For Armenia the massive use of solar energy is a necessity. Technical sciences PhD Vahagn Hamazaspyan together with his colleagues works on improving the use of solar energy. According to the scientist, due to the solar energy it is possible to prepare food, reproduce agricultural goods, receive hot water and electrical power and even open solar cafes.
Anna Chenterechyan lives in Germany and works on doctor’s thesis in Hohenheim university of Stutgart. The topic of her research is food supply, especially the related role of non-for-profit organizations in solving agricultural problems. A. Chenterechyan is researching this issue in Armenia and Georgia.
A candidate of science Armen Sargsyan is a physicist, an experimentalist. He represents laser spectroscopy. He sees his further development in the collaboration with international scientists and in the form of short and long term visits to foreign states.
