In the lead-up to the New Year holidays, Ucom has opened another renovated space for its subscribers. As part of the company’s ongoing program to modernize its sales and service network, the technologically upgraded center located at 29a/93 Tigran Mets Avenue has been reopened.
In 2026, Ucom will continue setting new benchmarks in network development, expanding educational and community initiatives, and introducing advanced technological solutions — ensuring long-term development, reliable service accessibility, and a sustained contribution to Armenia’s digital future.
The private screening of the new multi-episode film “13 Seconds”, jointly produced by Ucom and Armflix, was held at KinoPark. The film has been available on the Uplay platform subscribers since November 18.
Ucom announces the launch of its traditional New Year offers. Customers can purchase a 5G smartphone and receive an accessory at Ucom’s sales and service centers as well as through its online shop.
The initiative aims to enhance STEM education, introduce foundational skills in aerospace engineering, strengthen the technological potential of regional schools, and create new practical and career opportunities for future engineers.
Ucom acted as a strategic technology partner of the annual cybersecurity competition “Capture the Flag 2025” (CTF), held at the High-Tech Accelerator of the “Engineering City” under the theme “AI Apocalypse.
Ucom and Impact Hub Yerevan organized a dedicated Speed-Mentoring event for the participants of the Ucom Fellowship Incubation Program 2025. The authors of environmentally focused projects had the opportunity to meet leading experts in sustainable development, business, and technology to further develop their initiatives based on technological and circular economy principles.
With Ucom’s support, the final stage of the Annual International Microelectronics Olympiad will take place in Armenia on November 17. This year, 20 young engineers from 19 countries will compete in the final stage. Ucom has been a long-standing general supporter of the initiative.
Ucom has expanded its 5G network to five more cities – Armavir, Yeghegnadzor, Vardenis, Gavar, and Talin – now covering 96% of cities in Armenia. As a result, Ucom currently provides the widest 5G coverage in the country, available in 47 cities, dozens of communities, as well as at Myler Mountain Resort, along the Yerevan–Dilijan highway, and at the Bagratashen, Bavra, and Agarak border checkpoints. Today, more than 94% of Armenia’s population has access to high-speed and reliable mobile internet, connecting people across the country to the digital world.
Ucom is the technological partner of the annual international conference titled “Governance, Risk, and Compliance in the Era of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Assets”, organized by the Internal Auditors Institute – Armenia NGO and taking place in Yerevan from October 31 to November 1.
