Iveta Mukuchyan Commented on Why She Raised Artsakh Flag
Armenian participant in “Eurovison-2016” song contest Iveta Mukuchyan says the only thing that Armenia wants is peace. The singer said this during the press conference after semi-final stage, responding to the question why she raised the NKR flag in the “green room.”
“You should not forget that I am representing my country, and my heart, my thoughts, my feelings and my whole emotions are with my Motherland. The only thing that I want to say and spread is peace. I just want peace in borders, Armenia wants peace. And this is why I wrote this song, I just wanted to spread “love waves”. I just wanted to have peace everywhere. I raised the flag since I really wanted people to concentrate on that. I really want peace in the world,” Iveta Mukuchyan said.
