PM Karapetyan says it is necessary to revise public servants’ remuneration system
Prime Minister of Armenia Karen Karapetyan says it is necessary to revise the remuneration system of public servants in Armenia.
“We must create a system which will motivate the official, in order for the public servant to know that beside from the mission of serving the country and giving benefit to the people, he/she is being paid for his/her work. At this moment I have no solution of the issue, but we must think about it”, he said.
PM Karapetyan said the Ministers must think how they see their employees’ motivation’s evaluation in the framework of opportunities that the state has.
