“We hope our Armenian partners will accept the invitation and will take part in those military exercises. In the near future we also plan to hold military exercises in Georgia, and Armenia can participate as well,” he said.
“We should be grateful to those, who are sincere and don’t hide that they again intend to take Artsakh, that they don’t observe any possibility for recognition of the Republic of Artsakh, they always say there won’t be a second Armenian state.”
Interfax news agency, citing the Russian Government’s sources, reported that Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan will probably be appointed as CSTO Secretary General.
